both will happen. Don't listen to the biased analysts on CNN and other left wing news, you can tell right away they are hoping oil rises further to serve their interests (and they all have one).
3.5 weeks ago when the US stated inventories where up un-expectedly by 1.3 million barrels, OIL dropped by $7.50 a barrel down to $122. Such a small amount of inventory caused a sell off. Gas prices followed by dropped $.12 per gallon. Even the talk of us drilling will drop prices. The traders work on futures and speculation. Doesn't even matter if it's 3 years out, it makes oil look less attractive to future buying and makes other commodiities more attractive.
Yer on targit bubba. Pluz, happened befor..no complynin for 20 yars after da embargo, when oil wuz a glutten on da market. But ah lyke dat gas fum grass..chek it out...partnered wit shell.

We have alternatives for everything we consume from mustard to milk.
We have no alternatives to power our vehicles they all run on oil.
Its time to forget about oil and develop new sources.
